The Vietnam Memorial Park Garden

Dedicated on Memorial Day, 1985, this garden at the corner of Main Street and East Center Street honors the service of Manchester’s 14 fallen Vietnam veterans. The memorial is a smaller replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Originally designed as a joint project of the Manchester Garden Club and the Perennial Planters Garden Club, the garden now features two large triangular beds mirroring the monument’s shape.
